  They often have open enrollement on the weekends. Check them out every so often. It only took me a couple of weekends before it was open.

      It's every Friday I believe. It is insanely easy to get in to Demonoid (I don't really consider it a private tracker), you just gotta visit every now and then to check.

  I know there is some software program out there that tracks a bunch of torrent sites and lets you know when they are open for registration. I forget what it was called or where I saw it, but you might get lucky at google.
