First: Have you checked the mail headers. Does this really come from your own ISP? In which case, they may be reminding you of a valid point (read the terms of use you have agreed to when you signed up - they may exclude sharing of copyrighted material - which is strange as e-mail is copyrighted so how do THEY carry it arround).
You might want to start looking arround for an ISP that doesn't impose this kind of restriction.
You might want to ask them what copyrighted material they refer to and promise you will remove these materials from any system that may be sharing them (erroneously, you are certain) to the world...
Or you may want to use file sharing tools that use anomymization techniques...
